Family Places to Eat

There are several other pubs around Bristol, Chipping Sodbury and Yate, but I am only highlighting the one's that we have been to since I started this web site and these are one's that we feel are OK for kids as well.

The Dog Inn at Old Sodbury Between the M4 and Chipping Sodbury has a great selection of food at very good prices.

You can eat inside or outside when the weather is fine, but be prepared to wait as all the food is cooked to order and it is very popular during the weekends and during the summer.

At the Dog Inn there is a nice garden at the rear with a small play area to keep the kids entertained.
I recommended it, try it and see how you feel.

The George, in Chipping Sodbury High Street is a trendy type pub which gets very busy on an evening time, but during the day time it is a good place to take the kids.
It has a good menu choice and nice garden out the back with play equipment.

The Salmon Inn at Sharpness.  Great little pub, very good selection of food and a small play area for the kids out the front.
The Staff made us feel really welcome and the food was great at just the right price.
